Using an Email Program

You can also configure your email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird to use your @sigmabetathetapi.org account. The account just needs to be added as a standard POP3 acccount. Here are instructions for setting up a new email account in Outlook and Outlook Express. If you're smart enough to not be using either of those mail programs, I will have to assume that you're also smart enough to figure out setting up an email account yourself.

Depending on your internet service provider, you may be restricted from accessing the outgoing mail.sigmabetathetapi.org. This is done by your ISP to reduce the amount of spam being forwarded through their network. If this is the case, you will just need to use their outgoing mail server instead.
